Do you have a query about your publishing and business activities in the event of a no-deal Brexit? Concerned about imports, exports, printing, copyright, freedom of movement or anything else? The IPG can help. We are producing a package of advice from legal, supply chain and publishing experts to support you right up to Brexit Day. To get their support, email us with your details.
Our Brexit experts have already answered a number of questions so far so please do look at the relevant subpages and download a compilation of much of this advice here.
This service is available to all publishers, and you do not have to be a member of the IPG to participate. It has been provided with the help of the government’s Brexit Readiness Fund.
Free Brexit and publishing webinar
On Thursday 31 October we hosted a free webinar about Brexit’s impacts on publishing. It covered big issues including imports, exports, shipping, freedom of movement, copyright and rights, and featured experts including business and logistics advisor Steve Walker, Martin Carter of freight specialist Unsworth, RSM’s lead Brexit partner Simon Hart and Fox Williams partner, IP expert Simon Bennett and the IPG’s Brexit Coordinator, Miles Poynton.
You can view the video file of our webinar on the IPG Skills Hub here. A podcast with the audio content will be available to both IPG and non-members shortly.
The webinar was free and open to everyone, whether they are a member of the IPG or not, and we would love you to promote it to all your colleagues and contacts. This webinar was provided with the help of the government’s Brexit Readiness Fund.
