We're seeking a Production Executive to play a key role in delivering high-quality books to readers around the world. This role has a particular focus on managing our reprint programme, ensuring titles remain available through the most efficient and cost-effective print solutions. You'll work closely with UK and international print partners, explore opportunities for digital and local printing, and help us continually improve our production processes.

This role will manage the production of book reprints from quotation through to placement and delivery, covering quoting and costing and project and timing management. The candidate will develop and manage relationships with printers, specifically our print-on-demand and short-run production partners. The role requires excellent attention to detail and communication skills, while being able to maintain business systems. The right candidate will be organised, commercially aware, and enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will have book or similar print production experience and a good understanding of all print processes.
