The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should have a strong understanding of book publishing workflows and the ability to quickly learn and master new software systems. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as we work in an agile fashion and job roles may change as the company grows.
While travel is not a major component of this role, there may be occasional opportunities to attend industry events and represent Stison as a superhero.
