Our Publisher Networks are communities dedicated to specific areas of publishing. They provide networks in which members can discuss the opportunities and challenges they have in common, and keep up to date with developments in their field. Members meet at Publisher Network dinners, where they can network and hear from guest speakers, and each is chaired by experienced IPG members.

We currently have three active Publisher Networks.

Academic and professional publishing
This is a group for the many IPG members working in the academic and professional sectors, and a place to discuss big issues like Open Access. Members meet for dinner during the Frankfurt Book Fair as well as in London.

Children’s publishing
Guest speakers from across publishing and associated industries join us for our dinners, where diverse children’s publishers can network with their fellow members.

Educational publishing
Our newest Publisher Network is a forum for publishers seeking to keep up with changes to the primary and secondary school curricula and publishing trends.

Interested? Any member with an interest in the relevant sector is warmly invited to join our Networks and attend our dinners—and if your sector doesn’t yet have one, we’d love to hear your thoughts on starting one.

Get in touch if you would like to become involved. You are assured of a warm welcome!
